I counted the "cash" from a little pot I put out for donations at the funeral and at Lynn's "memory party", it came to a massive £85-06 that was raised for Lynn's charities! I am so pleased and proud. A big thankyou to all who contributed yesterday from me (Chris) and I know Lynn would be pleased with this too so just THANKYOU - X X X I will round it off to £100 and donate via this site to make it official.
It was a big day saying goodbye to my Lynn and I cant say I enjoyed it much but the love I felt from everyone there was quite overwhelming, I am truly grateful to all who attended and those who couldn't but made it abundantly clear that they would have if their circumstances were more favourable. Again THANKYOU - X X X

We used to see lynn over at the abbey garden centre every Saturday, along with chris and their two friends Janet and malcolm. Lynn always had a lovely smile, even when she was in pain. Missed seeing her when we moved places to eat, but saw her in hospital when visiting my mum, even then she had a lovely smile and so much dignity. Rest in peace lynn. Love karen, leah, Shirley and family. Xx
